With over 30 years of management experience across multiple sectors, including hospitality, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge and real-world insight to customer service training. Throughout my career, I have recruited, developed, and led teams in fast-paced environments, including building and training successful call centre teams where communication, consistency, and customer experience are critical.

 

My work in the voluntary sector has further strengthened my skills in relationship building, leadership, and managing change, helping individuals and organisations adapt, grow, and perform at their best. I understand that exceptional customer service is not just about processes, but about people, culture, and confidence.

 

Through Service With A Smile Training Limited, I work with businesses to develop their teams, strengthen service culture, and create positive, lasting experiences for their customers.
